ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
CHAPEL ROAD, STEETON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 607) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District
Council by reason of Yorkshire Water installation of meter to be executed on
or near Chapel Road, Steeton has made the above named Order the effect
of which is that no person shall proceed along the length of Chapel Road
Steeton between No 2 the Stables and No 6 Chapel Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles
or vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the
said length of road. Pedestrian access will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available
via Chapel Road (unaffected section), Skipton Road, Mill Lane, High Street
and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 15 November 2016 and remains in force until 17 November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 10th day of November 2016
