Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 1st November 2016. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
