SECTION 123 (1), (2A) LAND AT LEAROYD ROAD PLAYING FIELDS, LEAROYD ROAD, POOLE
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole is considering granting a long lease of land which forms part of an open space at Learoyd Road Playing Fields, Learoyd Road, Poole to Cuddles Day Nursery with permission to construct an extension to the existing child nursery on the adjoining land. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Financial Services, Corporate Estates team and sent to the Council by 24th November 2016. Comments (quoting Learoyd Road) can be sent by:-
