APPLICATION FOR CALSHOT PONTOON REPLACEMENT.

Notice is hereby given that Hampshire County Council has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake like for like replacement of the current pontoon. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Calshot Activities Centre in the main reception area. Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at

www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@ marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 27.10.16, quoting reference MLA/2016/00382.
