An application has been made to Southampton City Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Romsey Road, Southampton, SO16 4HP to sell alcohol between 07:00 - 23:00 Hours Monday to Sunday The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspect-

ed at the offices of Southampton City

Council, The Licensing Services, Civic Centre, Southampton, SOI4 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday except public holidays. Or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register

Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application

must be made in writing to the council by

15th November 2016.

It is an offence to knowingly or

recklessly make a false statement in connection with anapplication,forwhich a person is liable on summary conviction

to a maximum fine of £5,000.
