MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR GOSPORT OIL FUEL DEPOT.

Notice is hereby given that Defence Infrastructure Organisation has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the construction of a groundwater migration barrier and works over the saltwater moat. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Planning Reception, 3RD Floor, Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, Hampshire PO12 1EB.

Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 18th October 2016 quoting reference MLA/2016/00381. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
