PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION LICENCE VARIATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a Variation of Premises Licence under the above Act on 7th Oct 2016. Applicants: Laverstoke Park Produce LLP

Address of Premises: Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Nr Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG25 3DR.

Proposed Variation Details:

No more than 2 "Major Events" in any one year shall take place within the licensed premises. (Major Events being classed as events attended by number of attendees between 5,000 and 39,999).

When one major event is Car Fest South in aid of BBC Children in Need

(or its successor charity if the charity name/identity was to change), this shall have a

maximum of 39,999 and the other major event shall have a maximum of 9,999.

If CarFest ceases to exist or Laverstoke Park Farm no longer host CarFest,

one major event shall have a maximum of 19,999 and the other major event shall have a

maximum of 14,999.

The premises plan is amended to include the use of an adjacent field called Bramdown for CarFest south.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an

application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for

the offence is £5000.
