Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Yates's, 2 Dean Park Crescent Bournemouth, BH1 1HL applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to 02:30 the following day.2.To extend the terminal hour for late night refreshment and regulated entertainment on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to 03:00 the following day. 3. To extend the terminal opening hour on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to 03:00 the following day. 4. To add conditions under Annex 2 of the Premises Licence, as detailed in the application. 5. To add non-standard timings for notable days, as detailed in the application. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Section,
