An exhibition to consult the community about the landowners' plans for a future outline planning application relating to the development of the site to provide high quality housing (including affordable housing), extension to Empress Way, delivery of the missing loop road via Sidbury Meadows to Simonds Road, a site for a primary school, public open space and landscaping.
