LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Chillim Ltd applied on 20th September 2016 to reading borough council in respect of the premises known as Chillim, 598-600 Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 1EG for the grant of a premises licence for the following: sale by retail of alcohol mon-sun12:00-21:00, provision of live music thur-sat 17:00-21:00, provision of recorded music mon-sun 08:00-21:00, provision of regulated entertainment mon-sun 17:00-21:00. Representations regarding this application can be made in writing to Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU. Such written representation must be received by 18th October 2016 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.00.
