Notice is hereby given that Hammerson (Watermark) Limited has made an application to Southampton City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Westquay Watermark Public Realm, Westquay Watermark (being land to South of Westquay Shopping Centre, East of Harbour Parade and West of Western Esplanade), Southampton, as more particularly delineated on the Licence Plan deposited with this application. In summary the application is for a Premises Licence to permit provision of Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, and Similar Entertainment to Music and Dance and sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 09:00am to 23:00,Monday to Sunday and the provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00pm to Midnight Monday to Sunday. On New Years Eve all permitted hours may continue until 02.30am on New Years Day.The Licensing Register for Southampton City Council Licensing Authority is kept at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY and may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday and may also be found on www.southampton.gov.uk/ la03register. Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA on or before 28th October 2016. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003 and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
