We Knowcal Ltd (trading as Winchester Distillery) hereby give notice that We have applied on15/09/2016 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Winchester Distillery, Manor Farm, Old Alresford, Hampshire, SO24 9DH

The application is for: Internet retail, permitting orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For sale at private events between the hours of 9.00 and 21.00 Monday to Saturday.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 13/10/16; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will betaken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.

Itisanoffencetoknowinglyorrecklesslymakeafalsestatementinconnection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
