GRANT FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE - PART 3 (ACT 2003)

Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Nasz Sklep Southampton 118 St Marys Road Southampton SO14 0BL

This application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: Supplyby retail ofalcohol Mondayto Sunday 08.00am to 03.00am.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the licensing team at the civic centre Southampton SO14 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am-12pm and from 2-4pm or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk.la03register. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing team, PO Box 1767 Southampton SO18 9LA.

So as to be received by them between 14th September and 5th October. (28 days from publication). Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
