LICENSING ACT 2003 - PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that an application has been made to the licencing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Proposed licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol, Supply of hot food or drink from 2300 to 0500, Provision of entertainment including film exhibitions, performancesofaplay,livemusicperformances,playingofrecorded music, and dance performances.

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
