TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003-PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WHERWELL VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Wherwell Village Hall. If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:
- Sale of alcohol on the premises
- Provision of regulated entertainment
- Provision of facilities for regulated entertainment
- Provision oflate nightrefreshment
- Qualifying club activities
The intention tomakeanyvariation tothe premiseslicence is to: Enable the Committee to hold the Licence, rather than a named individual.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so bywriting to:

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address.
The application can be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guiltyofan offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
