I give notice that Landmark Developments have applied to Winchester City Council for an 80 bed care home and associated works (all matters reserved except access), and a full application for the change of use of land to amenity use associated with the care facility and any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ
Any owner of the land ortenant who wishesto make representations about this application, should write to the Winchester City Council by 1 September 2016.
