NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE PREMISES: 41-43 Grange Road, Darlington, County Durham APPLICANTS:William Spencer Burns and Audrey Mary Burns TAKE NOTICE that we William Spencer Burns and Audrey Mary Burns have applied to Darlington Borough Council for the grant of renewal of a Licence for the purposes of Section 2 of the above Act to use the premises situated at and known as 41-43 Grange Road, Darlington, County Durham as a Sex Establishment. Any representation about this application must be made by the 8th April 2016 in writing and sent to: Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington, County Durham. IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION AND THE MAXIMUM FEE FOR SUCH A PERSON IS LIABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE IS £5,000.
