Any persons having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Peter James Smith of Park View Nursing Home, Broadbush, Blunsdon, Swindon, SN26 7DH, formerly of 25 The Close, Lydiard Millicent, Swindon, SN5 3NJ who died on the 6th April 2010 is required to send particulars thereof to the undermentioned on or before the 12th July 2011 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
