Application for a Premises License

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Richard Chapman, give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises License for Moulsford Pavilion, The Recreation Ground, The Street, Moulsford OX10 9HP.

In respect of the supply of alcohol (12.00 to 22.00 Sun.-Thur. and 12.00 to 23.00 Fri.-Sat.), the provision of regulated entertainment including the playing of music, the performance of plays and other similar activities consistent with the operation of the Pavilion as a village community hall (9.00 to 22.00 Sun-Thur. and 9.00 to 23.00 Fri.-Sat).

The application is made on behalf of the Moulsford Pavilion Management Committee.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon OX10 8NL before 29th June 2011 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00a.m. and 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
