SITES AND HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PLAN DOCUMENT PREFERRED OPTIONS
Oxford City Council has produced a preferred options document for the Sites and Housing Development Plan Document, part of the Local Development Framework.
The Sites and Housing Development Plan Document will allocate sites for future development, and set out planning policies for managing residential development in Oxford.
The Preferred Options document sets out options for development on suitable sites, and options on how to manage proposals for new houses, flats, student accommodation, houses in multiple occupation and other residential developments.
The City Council is inviting representations on the Preferred Options document. The period for representations to be made will run from Friday 10th June to Friday 22nd July 2011.
The document and a questionnaire can be obtained from our consultation page for this document at www.oxford.gov.uk/sitesandhousing or alternatively from the public libraries listed below or by calling 01865 252847. Representations can be made by emailing us at planningpolicy@oxford.gov.uk or by post to the Planning Policy Team, Oxford City Council, Ramsay House, 10 St Ebbe’s Street, Oxford, OX1 1PT.
The document is also available for inspection, free of charge, during the six-week consultation period at the following addresses:
