Any person having a claim against or interes in the Estate of Alexander Nicholas EDWARDS deceased late of The Coppice, Ladburn Lane, Shilton OX18 4AL who died on the 27th March 2011 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Henman LLP, 5000 Oxford Business Park South, Oxford OX4 2BH quoting GTR/E02454/1 and to send such particulars within 2 calendar months of the date of this advertisement after which date the Personal Representative(s) will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereof having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
