SECTION 27 OF THE
TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Any person having a claim against or an interest in the above named, late of 5, Albion Place, Campbell Park, Milton Keynes, MK9 4AJ, and 48, Ewell Way, Totton, Southampton, S040 3PP, who died on 29th August 2010, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the personal representative, Stephen James Edwards, c/o Southern Echo, Box No 9009 Daily Echo, Newspaper House, Test Lane, Redbridge, Southampton SO16 9JX, on or before two months and one day from the date of this publication, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which he has had notice.
