APPLICATION FOR BOAT HOIST DOCK Notice is hereby given that R.K Marine has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to construct a hoist dock R.K. Marine Limited, at their facility on the River Hamble in Swanick Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Lockswood Library, Lockswood Centre, Locks Heath District Centre, Southampton, SO31 6DX Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to adam.chumbley@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of date of the first notice, Monday 11th July 2011, quoting reference MLA/2011/00048. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
