LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE JKS Winebar, Hereby give notice that JKS Winebar have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: JKS Winebar, the application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows, 29th July Is the planned date for the variation. The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: Variation Of Opening Hours (9am Till 1am.) Which includes all our live Music, recorded music, dance, late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol. Variation Of Drinking Area The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 30th June 2011 and 28th July 2011. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
