NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE
GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE I Hasan Yalvac T/A Artisan Coffee House and Bar Hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2033, as follows: 25 High Street, Eastleigh, SO50 5LF The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol; The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of:
a)A performance of live music
b)Any playing of recorded music
The provision of late night refreshment. The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton, SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton, SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 4 July 2011 and 2 August 2011 (being 20 working days after the application date). Please note that it is an offence knowing or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale
(currently £5000).
