LICENSING ACT 2003 - PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 19 July 2011 by Majestic Wine Warehouses Limited for premises previously used by the Harwoods Group for display of Land Rover vehicles at the former Service Station Site, New Road, Basingstoke RG21 7NP (to be known as Majestic Wine Warehouse). The proposed application is for the Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises from 08.00 to 23.00 hours daily. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke RG21 4AH. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Environmental Health, Licensing & Parking, Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
