Notice is given that John Freemantle & Malik Copur has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of The Apple Tree, 33 Trinity Street,
Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1TT for regulated entertainment / live music / recorded music / performance of dance / late night refreshments / supply of alcohol and the provision of alcohol generally
between the hours of Monday - Sunday 11am - 3am, Xmas and New Year's Eve 11am - 4am.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The licensing section, West Dorset District Council, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within
28 days from the date of this notice.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
