Notice ID:LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 STREET TRADING CONTROLS IN CARTERTON AND BRIZE NORTON
Notice is hereby given that a resolution has been passed in accordance with Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 that the following streets (including all forecourts, roads, footways or other areas adjacent to the streets referred to below for a distance of 10 metres from the edge of the adopted highway) shall be designated as prohibited streets with effect from 8 September 2011.

Bampton Road, Station Road, Honeyham Close, Chestnut Close, South Mere, Chichester Place, The Fosseway, Squires Close,Daubigny Mead, Moat Close, Manor Road, Carterton Road, Minster Road, Chapel Hill, Elm Grove, Norton Way (Those parts that fall within Brize Norton Parish), Monahan Way(Those parts that fall within Brize Norton Parish), Burford Road.
Carterton
Carterton Road, Norton Way (Those parts that fall within Carterton Parish), Monahan Way (Those parts that fall within Carterton Parish), Bluebell Way, Teasel Way.
