PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section
27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and
others having any claims against or claiming
to be beneficially interested in the estate of
ROSAMOND WENDY HEYTING deceased
late of Flat 17 Kingsley Court 142 Kings Road
Brighton East Sussex BN1 2LP who died
on 10th February 2010 and whose will was
proved in the Principal Probate Registry of
the Family Division of the High Court on 10th
December 2010 by Colin of Mar the executor
named in it ('the Executor') are required to
send particulars in writing to the undersigned
solicitors whose address is Guy Clapham &
Co 51-55 Weymouth Street London W1G 8NH
on or before 31st October 2011 after which
date the Executors will proceed to distribute
the assets of the deceased among the
persons entitled to them having regard only
to the claims of which they have had notice
and shall not be liable for the assets of the
deceased or any part of them so distributed
to any person or persons of whose claims or
demands they then have not had notice
