NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I NEVILLE VIRGIN hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Sobar, 98-102 Bevois Valley Road, Bevois Valley, Southampton, SO14 0JZ. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
1. Vary the current Licence so that the bar which is currently situated on the garden/basement level to be covered by the Licence
2. Vary the Licence to allow an additional hours trading when the clocks go forward during the British Summer time
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between 12 August 2011 and 9 September 2011. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
