NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Applicant: KDL Pizzas Ltd. t/a Dominos Pizza
Has applied to the Brighton & Hove City Council
for a Premises License to allow the above
premises to provide Late Night Refreshment
Anyone wishing to oppose the application must
write to Assistant Director, Public Safety, Health
& Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House,
Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP no
later than 11th September 2011, specifying the
grounds for the opposition. All representations
must be made in writing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application and the current maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction
for the offence is £5,000.
