APPLICATION TO REPLACE AN EXISTING DOLPHIN STRUCTURE
Notice is hereby given that Warsash Sailing Club has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to remove and replace an existing dolphin structure on the River Hamble, Southampton. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at: Harbour Master’s Office, Shore Road, Warsash, Southampton, SO31 9FR.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to Helen.johnson@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of date of the first notice 18th August 2011, quoting reference MLA/2011/00150
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
