Application to vary a Premises Licence LICENSING ACT 2003

FOUR PILLARS HOTELS LIMITED applied to the Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council on 16th August to vary a Premises Licence for OXFORD SPIRES FOUR PILLARS HOTEL, ABINGDON ROAD, OXFORD, OX1 4PS

The proposed variation is: FOR THE SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL TO BE PROVIDED TO THE BEDROOM BLOCK BY WAITER/WAITRESS SERVICE SITUATED AT EASTWYKE FARM HOUSE (WHICH FORMS PART OF THE HOTEL) 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. TO PERMIT REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT & THE SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL TO TAKE PLACE TO THE NEWLY EXTENDED CARDINAL SUITE. REMOVAL OF EMBEDDED CONDITIONS. NO CHANGE TO THE LICENSING HOURS ARE SOUGHT.
