ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mrs Eileen Beryl Buckle late of Nightingales Care Home, 24 Foxholes Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth BH6 3AT who died on the 03/08/2011 is required to send particulars there of in writing to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice.
