LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Sarah Atkins 0f English Oak Vineyard has applied to the Purbeck District Council for the issue of a Premises licence in respect of English Oak Vineyard, Flowers Drove, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, Dorset BH166BX.
The proposed application will permit the sale of wine from the vineyard premises.
The application will request business hours as follows 08:00 - 22:00 Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing addressed to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP, before 22nd September 2011.
All representations will be made known to the applicant. The register of the licensing authority is maintained at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham, where the application may be inspected Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
It is an offence punishable by fine on summary conviction, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
