We hereby give notice under Regulation 14(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 (as amended) that Oxfordshire County Council received an Environmental Statement on 25 August 2011 to accompany the Review of Minerals Planning Permission Application submitted on 1 February 1997 which is referred to below:
