Application for a variation of A Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)

Is applying to increase the time licensable activity can be conducted on the property from 2am to 3am Monday to Saturday.

When New Years Eve and Christmas Eve fall on a Sunday, increase the time licensable activity can be conducted on the property to 3am.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at The Licensing Authority Wiltshire Council, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes, Wilts., SN10 2AT between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 16th September 2011

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
