NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Inventive Leisure Services Limited has applied to Southampton City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Revolution, 28A Bedford Place, Southampton SO15 2DB as follows: To amend Condition 4(b)(i) of Annex 2 which relates to the provision of door staff. There are to be no other changes to the licence. Full details of the application for variation may be inspected at Southampton City Council, Licensing Department, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ during the Council’s usual opening hours or viewed on the Council’s website: www.southampton.gov.uk (where available). Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than the 22 September 2011. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in a fine not exceeding £5,000.
