NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of William Stephenson late of 31 Anderson Road Bishopdown Salisbury Wiltshire SP1 3DX who died on 22ND January 2011 and whose will was proved in the District Probate Registry at Winchester on 6th June 2011 by Barry Peter Jordan-Davis the Executor named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 1st November 2011 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice
