Any Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mrs Marcelle Dorothy Alcé Chappell late of Engleburn Care Home, Milford Road, Barton On Sea, Hampshire who died on the 19 August 2011 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice.
