Act 1925 NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that all
creditors and others having
any claims against or
claiming to be beneficially
interested in the Estate of
the late MARGARET ALICE
HINE who died on the
5th October 2010 and whose
Will was proved in the Brighton
District Probate Registry on
the 21st July 2011 by the
Executors therein named
are hereby required to send
particulars thereof in writing
to the undersigned Solicitors
on or before the 9th day of
November 2011 after which
date the said Executors
will proceed to distribute
the assets of the deceased
among the persons entitled
thereto having regard only to
the claims of which they then
have had notice and shall
not be liable for the assets
of the deceased or any part
thereof so distributed to any
person or persons of whose
claims or demands they then
have not had notice.
