LICENSING ACT 2003 - NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Rotary Club of Weymouth has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Pilgrim House 1/3 Hope Street, Weymouth DT4 8TY
The proposed licensable activities are: Social Activities Associated with age concern (Weymouth and Portland) Very occasional entertainment until 12.30am occasional sale of alcohol 12.00 - 12.30 During Functions.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 30 Sept 2011. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
