NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Wahoo, 31 – 33 High Street Southampton SO14 2DF
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
1. To extend the terminal hour of the licensable activities allowed under the premises licence (with the exception of late night refreshment) on a Sunday to 03.00 hours and to increase the opening hours of the premises and the provision of late night refreshment on a Sunday to 03.30 hours.
2. To extend the terminal hour till 04.00 hours, with the premises closing at 04.30 hours on the days referred to in the Premises Licence, at Paragraph 2 ii of Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule, when these days fall on a Sunday.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, and PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 5th September 2011 and 5th October 2011.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
