NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY
A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 2011 Netto Foodstores Limited applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Netto, 47-57 High Street, West End, Southampton SO30 3DQ. The proposed variation is: 1. To permit alterations to the premises in accordance with the plan submitted to the Licensing Authority. 2. To permit the sale by retail of alcohol throughout the whole of the premises. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by: Eastleigh Borough Council c/o Licensing Authority, Southampton City Council, Licensing Team, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ no later than 6 October 2011 stating the grounds for representations. This application and the record of the application can be inspected at the offices of the above Licensing Authority during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
