BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1972 DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that Hart District Council intends to dispose of the area of open space referred to in the first column of the Schedule below to the person referred to in the second column of the said Schedule. A copy of the plan showing the location and approximate area of the appropriate plot may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4AE. Any objections to the proposed disposals should be sent in writing to the undersigned within 21 days of the first publication of this Notice, i.e. by 10th October 2011.
