NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I Glenn Lovell hereby give notice that UNIT NIGHT CLUB has applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Unit Night Club,
113 St Marys Road, Southampton, SO14 0AN
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale of retail of alcohol; The Provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of: (b) an exhibition of a
film, (e) a performance of live music, (f) any playing of recorded music, (g) a performance of dance, (h) the provision of late night refreshment.
We aim to extend our licensable hours on Tuesdays & Wednesdays to 3am so it is the same as our other opening hours & to help disperse large crowds. We also aim to extend our hours on
Saturdays to 4am for the same reason.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between
09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing.
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by
them between the 07/09/11 and 05/10/11.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not
exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
