CONTRACT FOR PARKING SERVICES
INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Southampton University Hospitals Trust is seeking expressions of interest from providers who would be in an immediate position to lease/rent spare car parking “tarmac”’d land.
The land will have existing planning permission in place from the provider for use as a car park. The land must be within 30 minutes bus ride from the Southampton city centre.
The contract will include dedicated parking space provision for a minimum of 100 cars, with perimeter fencing, CCTV in place and security personnel options and could be a shared occupier site.
The organisation requires the service to be available weekdays between 06:00 and 21:00hrs, to be agreed.
The parking spaces allocation may be capable of future expansion.
