Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of ALAN VICTOR SALMON, late of 7 Glencarron Way, Bassett, Southampton, SO16 7EF, who died on the 20th day of December 2010, and whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 14th day of September 2011, by Stephen Paul Brandes, the Executor named in the said Will, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 25th day of November 2011 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
