NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION
FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Bursledon Community Association & Istana Kita, Lowford Hill, Portsmouth Road, Bursledon, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO31 8ES.
Take notice that application is being made by Eastleigh Borough Council to the Eastleigh Borough Council, Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN, for planning permission to demolish existing Community Centre, Istana Kita bungalow and associated garage. Construct new Community Centre building. Extinguish existing adopted Public Footpath and replace with new re-routed private footpath with permissive public right of way for pedestrians and cyclists. Change of use of existing Public Open Space to car parking for Community Centre. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the within 21 days of the date of this notice
