Applicatiion for a Bailiffs Certificate

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
Simon Dann of Ross & Roberts Ltd, Unit 5 Lakeside, 18-20 Headlands Business Park, Blashford, Ringwood, BH24 3PB has applied to the Judge at Bournemouth Crown & County Court for a Bailiff's Certificate.

Any person who knows why Simon Dann is not a fit and proper person to be granted a certificate should write to the Court Manager at Bournemouth Crown & County Court, Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth BH7 7DS, before 19th October 2011.
